About Organize PDF
Organize PDF puts every page of every file you add onto one board you can drag. Reorder, rotate, remove and restore pages, then save the whole thing as a single document.
Organize is the page board: every page of every file you add, as a thumbnail you can drag. Reordering, rotating, removing and restoring all happen on that board, and nothing is written until you press Save. Removing a page grays it out rather than deleting it, so a change of mind is a click rather than a re-upload.
Because it takes more than one file, it is also the tool for building a document out of parts — pages from three PDFs interleaved in whatever order the board ends up in. Move to, on a selection, is the quickest way to shift a block of pages a long way without dragging them past everything in between.
Page size is the one setting off the board. Left As is, every page keeps its own dimensions, which is right for a document assembled from things that were always different shapes. Set to A4 or Letter, every page is fitted to that sheet, which is right for a document that has to print without surprises.
