About CSV to PDF

CSV to PDF turns a comma-separated export into a PDF table, treating the first row as a header and repeating it at the top of every page.

A CSV is a table with no formatting at all, so the only question worth asking is how to make the columns fit and stay readable. The first row is treated as the header and repeated at the top of every page, which is what keeps page four of a long export legible.

The controls are sliders rather than named steps for the same reason Markdown’s are: the margin and the text size that make thirteen columns fit are a number you arrive at by looking, not a step someone else picked. Landscape helps more than anything else.

Quoted fields, embedded commas and line breaks inside a cell are all read properly rather than split on every comma, which is where most quick converters fall over.
